Outreach and Missions
The United Methodist Church of Libertyville actively supports many organizations through volunteer efforts and financial donations. These include:
- The Humboldt Park United Methodist Church of Chicago which provides services to needy individuals and families
- PADS of Lake County (Providing dignity, advocacy, and shelter)
- Habitat for Humanity (Lake
County Illinois)
- Local food pantry
- Special giving
- Interfaith Chaplaincy Services of Lake County
- Lake County United

Panama Medical Mission Trip 2011
The 2011 Panama Medical Mission Team would like to once again thank the UMCL congregation for their many donations to this important mission. The outreach Committee as well as the United Methodist Men donated financially to fund the 2011 mission and further our efforts to help the Trinity Methodist Church and School in Clon, Panama. In total, the team saw 1415 patients, dispensed 2669 prescriptions and pulled 164 teeth in just five days! We absolutely could not do this mission without the prayers and support of all of you.
