Ashish Singh

Associate Pastor

Prior to beginning his life in ministry, Ashish received a Master’s degree in MIS from Loyola University and worked for Walgreens in Merchandising, Pricing Strategy & Analysis. Because he couldn’t shake the persistent conviction that God was calling him into full time ministry, he left his career to pursue a Masters of Divinity at Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary.

Having grown up as a pastor’s child, he learned from an early age that the best way to live life is to root your identity in Christ and be in service to others. By actively volunteering for various church activities, participating in worship and Bible study, coordinating volunteer opportunities, and being part of a loving community, he was able to see that the church is truly an agent of personal and societal transformation.

Ashish loves building relationships and has a passion for exploring ways in which God can do powerful things when we utilize our individual gifts and work together to be a community of love and service. He loves hearing and supporting people’s unique and creative ideas for ways in which to better engage and live out our faith.

Along with his wife Sabrina, Ashish has two children, Nathan and Natalie.  As a family, they love spending time together and trying new restaurants. Ashish loves basketball and is an avid Chicago Bull’s fan.  He welcomes conversation about the good old days and the opportunity to critique current management of the team and how he could do a better job!
